  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  • Chill the glass. Pop your glasses in the freezer while you mix everything together.
  • Shake it up. Combine the pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and maple syrup in a shaker or sealed jar. Shake well until frothy
  • Prepare the rim. Dip the rim of each glass in lime juice, then in shredded coconut for a soft tropical finish.
  • Serve over ice. Add ice to each glass and pour the mocktail over.
  • Garnish. Add a pineapple wedge and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately
