Air Fryer Meatballs

500 g ground beef (or beef + pork mix)
1 egg
2 slices loaf bread (pan de molde), crust removed
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
1 garlic clove, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & black pepper
Olive oil (for spraying or brushing)
Directions
- Soak the bread
Tear the bread into small pieces and soak in milk for a few minutes until soft. - Mix
In a bowl, combine meat, egg, soaked bread, garlic, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix gently. - Shape
Form small meatballs (don’t press too tightly to keep them tender). - Preheat air fryer
190°C (375°F) for a few minutes. - Cook
Place meatballs in a single layer, lightly brush or spray with olive oil.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway. - Serve
Serve hot with tomato sauce, pasta, or inside bread for a sandwich.
Notes
- Tips
Soaked bread = extra juicy texture (better than breadcrumbs)
Don’t overmix → keeps them soft
Add a little extra parsley for freshness
