Strawberry Chia Jam (Easy, 3 Ingredients)

250 g fresh strawberries (hulled)
1–2 tsp honey (optional)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice (for natural brightness & preservation)
Directions
- Cook the strawberries
Add strawberries to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and juicy. - Mash
Use a fork or potato masher to break down the strawberries to your desired texture (smooth or chunky). - Balance flavor
Stir in lemon juice and a small amount of honey/maple syrup if needed, keep it subtle. - Add chia seeds
Remove from heat and mix in chia seeds. - Set naturally
Let sit 10–15 minutes to thicken without added sugar or pectin. - Cool & store
Transfer to a jar, cool fully, and refrigerate.
