300 ml warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
500 g all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
5 g active dry yeast (or 15 g fresh yeast)
Directions
- Add to Bread Maker:
Add ingredients in the order recommended by your machine—usually:
Water, oil, then dry ingredients, with yeast last (placed on top, away from salt) - Set to Dough Cycle:
Select the “Dough” setting. Let the machine mix, knead, and rise—typically about 90 minutes. - Shape & Rest:
Once done, remove dough. Divide if making 2 pizzas. Shape into rounds or rectangles, place on parchment-lined trays or pizza stones, and let rest 10–15 minutes. - Top & Bake:
Add your favorite sauce and toppings. Bake in a preheated 245°C oven for 10–12 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp.
