A creamy, energizing latte that blends raw cacao and maca root powder for a naturally uplifting drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (or honey, to taste)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil (for extra creaminess)

Directions

  • Warm the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat (do not boil).
  • Whisk in the cacao, maca, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt until smooth.
  • For extra froth, blend the mixture in a high-speed blender for 20–30 seconds.
  • Pour into your favorite mug and sprinkle with a little extra cacao or cinnamon on top.

Notes

  • Add a shot of espresso for a Mocha Maca Latte.
    Swap almond milk for oat or coconut milk for different textures.
