  • For the Green Yogurt Dressing:
    ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tbsp chopped chives
    1 tbsp fresh basil (or parsley)
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Water to thin, if needed

Directions

  • Make the dressing: In a blender or bowl, whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add water for a thinner consistency.
