Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prep the fries: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread evenly: Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between each fry for even crisping.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and slightly crisp on the edges.
- Serve warm with a side of homemade aioli, herbed yogurt, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes before baking, then pat dry thoroughly.
